This summer, where ever I end up, the neighbours will be hearing this!!! 8)

All my neighbours turn up the radio and listen to stupid pop music. I'll install a PA system on my roof and play Not Your Kind Of People non-stop.

Seriously, the more I hear those samples the more I want the album. Well, it's 3 more weeks...

Does anyone know the source of the band picture while Battle In Me is playing? I've not seen that one!

OK I've been lucky enough to hear the whole album in full and it is a real grower. If the 30 second clips didn't grab you the whole album should after a few listens.

At the moment I would say it's as good as BLM (I really like BLM) so it's a decent album but may need a few listens.

From the 30-second samples, I'd say NYKOP is Garbage's best album. After hearing the whole album, how did your opinion change compared to hearing the samples?

The same happened with BFP there was an initial 1 minute clip which didn't do much for me, then when the whole track was leaked/issued it started to grow on me pretty quickly.

The 30 second clips are just that they never give the full impression of the tracks.

Don't get me wrong this is a very good album but the first 2 are both superior IMO. This album is a grower, for me it wasn't instant at all, I'm still not sure about Felt.

Only a few of the tracks really jumped out at me straight away, if I compare that to say the debut or Version 2.0 most of the tracks did. Even BLM had more tracks that jumped out, I knew I liked that straight away, NYKOP I didn't.
